Boneless Half Ham
2 cups dark brown sugar
1/4 cup of honey
2 cups pineapple juice
Hams have their own succulent flavor and rarely need all of the bells and whistles that other meats do. This is one of my less tedious ham recipes. Easy - Peasy
Unwrap ham, wash and dry thoroughly. Place in baking pan with space to baste. Stab ham in various areas to absorb liquid. Mix all ingredients together, stir until smooth and pour half of the mixture all over the ham. Loosely cover in foil and bake on 350 for one hour. Remove from oven and baste and pour remaining mixture on ham. Turn oven up to 400 and place uncovered ham in for 5 additional minutes. Remove from oven, baste some more and cover. Allow to sit for approx 10 min. before slicing.
